Responsibilities:

• Participate in business process discovery workshops to gather requirements
• Configure Salesforce Solutions
• Design Salesforce applications upon client’s needs
• Participate in validations workshops and perform end-users training.
• Ensure Salesforce integration with existing client’ IT environment.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Platform, and technical design

Requirements:

• German language (Required)
• Salesforce Certification (Required)
• 2 - 4 years of experience as Salesforce Consultant/ Administrator
• Experience integrating third party applications with Salesforce CRM using standard connectors or third party integration tools
• Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills are essential as position is client facing
• Business/Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other similar degree or commensurate work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM strategy and systems as well as a good understanding of complex multidimensional organizations is a plus
• Good command of the English or French language (Nice To Have)
• PMP certification, Agile approach experience (Nice To Have)
